Does every 350Z have a VQ35HR?

No. The Z33 used different VQ35 versions over its production run. We confirm the model year and installed engine, including any swap, before recommending parts.

Can you evaluate a modified 350Z I recently bought?

The current Z uses a VR30DDTT twin-turbo engine rather than the 370Z’s naturally aspirated VQ37VHR. Cooling, intake, exhaust and drivetrain requirements should be evaluated for the specific car.
