AARON GEAR
Aaron Gear founded 4th Gear Performance LLC in 2023, realizing his goal of working in the automotive performance industry.
A certified Nissan Master Mechanic, Aaron also brings specialized experience with Toyota and Honda vehicles and their corresponding luxury brands. His background extends beyond the shop as well, having served as Crew Chief for Pro drift teams during Formula Drift seasons.
That mix of technical training, performance experience, and hands-on problem solving shapes the way 4th Gear approaches every vehicle: understand the setup first, then build the right plan around it.
